SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy: 

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here's the timeline for when you can expect your goods to be shipped based on the time of your order:

Orders Placed Before 7pm:
If you place your order before 7:00 pm (local time), we will make every effort to ship your goods on the same day. Our team will process your order promptly, and it will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery. Please note that this applies to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders Placed After 7pm:
For orders placed after 7:00 (local time), our team will process your order as soon as possible on the following business day, ensuring it is prepared for shipping.

Please keep in mind that the shipping timeframes mentioned above are our general guidelines, and occasional exceptions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping Process:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation text message, on the phone number provided at check-out, from our delivery partner Naqel Express. This will allow you to schedule an appointment for the delivery of your parcel. 

On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call from the courier when he has arrived in your neighbourhood to verify the delivery appointment. 

Please note that you will be asked for the One Time Password (5 digit code) by the courier upon delivery. You can find the One Time Password in the shipping confirmation text message form Naqel Express.  

Shipping regions:
We are delighted to offer shipping services from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to multiple neighbouring countries. Here's a list of the regions we currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Oman (by Air)
  • Bahrain (by Air)
  • Saudi Arabia (by Air)
  • Qatar (by Air)
  • Kuwait (by Road)
Shipping costs:
  • For orders delivered within all the above mentioned countries, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping. This applies to each order, regardless of the size or weight of the package.

Return and Refund policy:

At Mashallah Dubai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we're here to assist you. Please read our return policy and follow the instructions below to initiate a return.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • For all orders shipped a flat rate return shipping fee of AED 25.00 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of return shipping. 

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website 
  2. Go to your order history and find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on the "Return" button next to the relevant item.
  4. Select the reason for your return from the available options.
  5. Our customer support team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our return policy criteria.
  6. Once approved, you will be contacted via phone call or text message to schedule a suitable appointment for the pick-up.
  7. On the day of the pick-up the courier will contact you again to verify the scheduled pick-up appointment.  
  8. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  9. Handover the parcel to the courier. 

Refund Process pre-paid:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Process Cash On Delivery:
Since the initial payment was made in cash, we will provide a cash refund when we pick up the order. Please note that the courier will inspect the item(s), to confirm that they meet our return policy criteria, before hading over the cash refund.
